EXOMIND TMS in Inglewood, CA
EXOMIND is the transcranial magnetic stimulation platform we use at Inglewood TMS Center. It's a non-invasive, drug-free procedure delivered in short sessions, with no anesthesia and no downtime.
Comfortable, Non-Invasive Care
During an EXOMIND session, you remain awake and comfortably seated. Treatment requires no anesthesia or sedation, and patients can return to their usual activities afterward.

What EXOMIND is intended for in the United States
In the United States, EXOMIND is intended for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in adult patients who have failed to achieve satisfactory improvement from prior antidepressant medication in the current episode.
Any other application is off-label. Any use outside of that indication is considered off-label and is offered on a cash-pay basis, based on provider judgment and emerging research. Off-label uses are not FDA-cleared indications.
How the technology is used
EXOMIND delivers ExoTMS pulses through a coil positioned over a mapped treatment area. Your provider sets the stimulation level relative to your own measured threshold, so the dose is individual rather than generic. The mechanics of pulses, mapping, and neuroplasticity are covered on how TMS works.
- Non-invasive — nothing is implanted
- Drug-free procedure — no systemic medication exposure from treatment itself
- No anesthesia and no sedation
- Walk-in, walk-out appointments
- Sessions typically under 30 minutes
- Delivered in a series of visits over several weeks
EXOMIND vs traditional TMS
Both are transcranial magnetic stimulation. Below are differences in patient experience and technology only where they can be stated plainly. We make no claim that EXOMIND is more effective than other TMS systems — comparative superiority claims would require head-to-head evidence.
